 Many Saturday Evening Post magazines in the 1930's through the 1960's contained a segment of a Kelland serial. SEP even printed a two part serial after Kelland's death!

COUNTRY GENTLEMAN Magazine

For most of the first half of the 20th Century, American Farmers subscribed to COUNTRY GENTLEMAN Magazine. For many the first action upon opening was to see if it contained a story about SCIPIO MATHER, who would solve friends' problems by trading his way into their hearts..
